FAQ

Can someone steal the robotic mower?

No. They are equipped with four advanced security features, including outside-of-boundary alarms and lift alerts. As well as a special GPS that features real-time geo location with pinpoint accuracy to the location of the machine, providing anti-theft monitoring on smartphones.

What if I have guests and don’t want the machine to run that day?

Simply cancel the machine for the day on the machine's home base or contact KLM to cancel it for you.

Can the machine harm anyone or anything?

The machine is equipped with an Obstacle avoidance system sensors that have the ability to stop the machine from running into objects. It will automatically reroute and then correct.

What if there is an issue with the machine?

You may contact KLM and we will take care of any issues that might arise; we will also be able to monitor the mowers through their interface technology and it will send us alerts if any faults do occur.
